In the drilling of the well, drilling indicators such as drilling speed (ROP) measured in ft / hour should be monitored by the driller, and where there is an abrupt change in what means an increase should be notified to the operations engineer to take the precautions of well control and perform the relevant calculations for the density of the new drilling fluid control.
