step 1 :

First I entered the Paint app. Then I selected a blank page. Then I start drawing with my favorite tools. First I selected some colors. Next I drew the eyes and nose with black color.

step 2 :

Then I painted some more parts with black color.

step 3 :

Then I painted the face and lower part with blue and orange colors.

step 4 :

Then I painted the eyes and nose with yellow color.

step 5 :

Then I made some designs with black color.

Then I gave the background with black color.
