Town Star NFT Collection : Town Star is a play-to-earn, blockchain-based game developed by Gala Games, a team that includes the co-founders of Zynga Games. The game incorporates non-fungible tokens on the Ethereum blockchain and allows players to build their own NFT collections and earn TOWN coins as in-game resources. The 'VOX Collectibles: Town Star' NFT collection contains VOX characters that can be used as playable avatars in the Town Star game. Owners will receive in-game currency for using NFT avatars in the game.

Now I will try to give some history of Town Star NFT collection: The Town Star NFT project was developed by Gala Games, with Eric Schiermeier, co-founder of Zynga and designer of FarmVille, identified as the developer of the project. Some of the Gala Games team members previously worked on Farmville 2 and Words with Friends. Town Star is released in November 2021 as part of the inaugural Gala Network and Ecosystem.

The game incorporates a farming simulator strategy and focuses on city planning and resource management. The public sale of the collection took place in July 2021 at a price of 0.088 ETH. As of March 15, 2023, the floor price was 0.3 ETH and the secondary sale totaled 25.8k ETH (about $44 million).
