RTFKT - CloneX Mintvial NFT Collection : RTFKT CloneX Mintvial is a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) created by RTFKT Studios. The collection is linked to the RTFKT Clone X Avatar NFTs. Mint Vials are used to redeem Clone X Avatars, with 1 Mint Vial redeemable for 1 Random Clone X Avatar. The RTFKT Clone X project is based on a narrative involving three extraterrestrials from the Draco galaxy, aiming to clone human characteristics and behaviors to evolve humans into more complex beings.

Now I will try to tell some history of RTFKT - CloneX Mintvial NFT collection: RTFKT Studios was founded by Benoit Pagotto, Chris Le, and Steven Vasilev.Benoit Pagotto, also known as Benit0, previously worked with global esports organization Fnatic. Steven Vasilev, also known as Zaptio, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RTFKT Studios and holds the position of Senior Director of Digital and Physical Product at Nike. The Clone X Avatar collection was created in collaboration with Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami, who contributed many of his cartoon designs to the collection, including the rare 'Murakami Drip' traits.

The RTFKT CloneX Mintvial NFT collection was launched through a Dutch auction on November 30, 2021, after being postponed due to attacks on the project's website. The auction started at 3 ETH for one of the 20,000 Clone X NFTs, with the price decreasing by 0.1 ETH every 30 minutes.Prior to the public launch, a presale of 10,000 NFTs was held for existing RTFKT NFT holders, followed by the public launch of another 10,000 NFTs. Each Mint Vial allowed the holder to redeem one randomly generated Clone X Avatar.
