Team members include Boromir Game Director, COO COO, Brutus Head of Production.

The collection is valued for its association with Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, as it commemorates a 2018 paper about a quadratic fund executed by Gitcoin and NFT platform Metabel, written by Buterin, Zoë Hitzig and Glen Weyl. Collectors minted 9,221 tokens at a floor price of 0.5 ETH, or about $770, and the profits from the collection were split between Gitcoin, Metabell, and technology research firm Plurality Institute to fund the public product.
