Mikael Tyrsen, the Creative Director and former professional video game player, leads all creative initiatives and aims to transform KILLABEARS into the Web3 equivalent of the 'Angry Birds' brand. Bean Magnus, the CTO, is a self-taught engineer with over 20 years of experience and is passionate about creating immersive experiences. Memo Angeles, who serves as Artist and Illustrator, has over ten years of experience in consumer behavior through stock illustration work.

One of the notable events associated with the launch was the KILLACUBS NFT mint event, which was scheduled to start on April 20, 2023. The event had three mint windows, providing multiple chances for KILLABEAR or Mint Pass owners to acquire the KILLABEARS companions.
