Hello all sttemian friend and members of Scouts y sus Amigos, I am enjoying to participate in the contest organised by @fjjrg

This is his starting story :-

Renaldo, a marketing company executive, has 1 son, Oscar, who is a great athlete and is training to participate in the marathon, his discipline of choice. One day Oscar told his father that they should run together, it would help them to maintain their health. Reinaldo took it as a joke, although his son insisted, telling him that it was time to take care of himself and that running was one of the best ways to do it. Renaldo told her that he would think about it.

At work, he proudly told his co-workers that he would start running with his son. Of course, there is never a shortage of unhealthy and tasteless commenters. Germain, a classmate of his, told him that it was impossible at his age, that he would never be able to keep up with him, and bet that he would stop before completing the first kilometre. Patricia, one of the secretaries, encouraged her, commenting that it would be a good experience, that she should try it. Just then the boss comes in and asks what's up, Germán jokingly comments that Reinaldo was crazy, he plans to run a marathon in the city with his son in 3 months, his boss looks at him and Asked him if he was serious, to which Reinaldo said yes, but there was a very long silence...

Now it's my story and its end as under :-

Reinaldo did not take the joke made by his teammates seriously, and told his boss, my defete in the race will not reduce my reputation, but it is about the mental bonding of both of us father and son.

Maybe my son wants to see me participate in the race, and by this he wants to make an impression on my peers.

Yes, it is true that my age is not going to participate in any marathon race, because for the last many years I have not done any physical work, used only car or taxi to go anywhere, and never walk on foot or tried to walk till.

But it's good that he has given me 3 months notice, this will give me a chance to practice and test my body to participate in it. Now I would like to request you to allow me to come 2 hours late in the morning for the next three months so that I can prepare to give a befitting reply to German who called me mad.

The boss looked at his capable employee Reinaldo with great surprise and after listening to his confident words, he allowed him to come 2 hours late for 3 months and also said, you win or lose It does not matter, but by your participation in this marathon race, the name of our company will also be high. Go and lift our heads.

The boss smilingly said again, and yes, from today you are also given a full leave of 1 week.

Reinaldo was surprised at this courage of his boss and was also happy because now he will be able to fulfill to his son's request and focus on his fitness to participate in the marathon race.

After leaving the office, Reinaldo went straight to his physician and told everything to his doctor. The doctor laughingly said to him, my friend Reinaldo, don't even dream of winning this marathon in your heart, yes you can just participate in it and yes you will probably reach the finish line in 6-7 hours, that too when From today onwards, you will practice regularly for 2 hours daily.

Do you know that this race is about 42 kilometres long and it has to be completed in about 4.5 hours. Many of its participants fall or come back on the way, after that the doctor did all the tests on Reinaldo and he was found fit, now he had to practice to increase his stamina and race.

Reinaldo started practicing the race from the very next day and before 3 months his race became much better than before, now he started to believe that he would be able to participate in such a long race without falling and getting unwell.

Finally, the day of the race arrived, and other colleagues from Reinaldo's company also came to watch the race, today everyone was proud that one of their colleagues was taking part in this prestigious race.

Oscar was also very happy to see his father participating in the race with him and his enthusiasm was doubled.

Many fast and professional runners of the country had come to participate in this race.

Shortly the race was started and it was shown on the big TV screen, Reinaldo continued to slowly move forward. Within 4 hours Oscar came 2nd in the race and within 5 hours 17 minuts Reinaldo was also among the last 10 runners.

The organizers congratulated and honored Reinaldo for being in the final 10.

Father and son also congratulated each other, the personnel of Reinaldo's company lifted Reinaldo on their shoulders. Bass's head was also held high with pride. Now Reinaldo's status had become higher in the company.
