S11-W6 “The Recipe of the Day: (Breakfast With Egg Omelet )”
[Hellow My sweet steemian chefs. How are you hopefully everyone will be fine and enjoy Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 11 and week 6.✨
Today I was doing breakfast so i just thought to share my favourite desi pakistani style omelette with my fellows, so here I am to share it's recipe with you guys. Hope you will like it and try it as well. For the recipe firstly we will check the ingredients we need in preparation of yummy omelette.
Ingredients ✨

| (Ghee) | as needed for frying |
| Egg | 1 |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Red pepper | 1 pinch |
| Black pepper | 1 pinch |
| Green chilli | 1 |
| Onion | 1 tsp |
| Tomatoes | 1 tsp |
| Coriander | 1 tsp |
| Milk | 2tbsp |
Prepration✨
Step 1 ✨
- Add all spices and veggies in egg and then beat them well till everything is combined well. Add 2 tbsp milk also if you like. I always add as it is good for egg in summers and also enhance the taste of omelette.
Step 2 ✨

Put Ghee in a pan and heat it till it is melted properly. Then put the omelette mixture on pan. Cook on very low flame for 2-3 minutes each side.
Your omellete is ready 😍
- Eat it with bread or paratha. You will love it.

- Hopefully you will like the recipe and try it! It is super tasty and easy to make. It is very enjoyable to eat in the winter season and this is a favorite breakfast especially for children. Will definitely try it at home and tell you how it turned out.
