Steemit Engagement Challenge S7-W3: "Fruit delicacies prepared by Steemians Chefs"


Hello, my dear friends on Steemit, how are you all? This is S7W3 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Today I am here to take part in the beautiful contest organised by the Steemit Iron Chef community.

First of all, I am very thankful to the administrators and moderators of this community who organised the contest in a wonderful way so that we can make healthy things with the help of fruit. Today I am going to prepare a very delicious meal with the help of apples and yogurt, which I eat every morning for breakfast.



INGREDIENTS WE NEED TO MAKE THIS MEAL



Actually, this food is very easy to make, and we can make it very well and quickly. The things we need to make it are given below.

  • 1/2 kg yougurt
  • 2 small Apples
  • 30 gram sugar

MAKING METHOD



As I mentioned above, since the method of making it is very simple and we can make it in a few minutes, let's make it in a step-by-step manner.

In the first step, you have to cut the apple into small pieces so that we can mix it easily and eat it later. So you can see that I cut the apple into small pieces.

In the second step, we have to mix the sugar in the curd well so that the curd becomes sweet and those who have diabetes can make it without sugar. There is no limit to sugar; you can add it according to your mood.

After that, you have to add the chopped apples, and then, after mixing the curd and apple pieces well, your food would be ready.

So here is the recipe for this meal, and we can make it easily. This food is very beneficial for our health if we eat it for breakfast every day. Below, you can see my final photo of this meal.

FRUIT NAME, WHY I LIKE IT, DOES MY FAMILY LIKE IT, OR MY ANOTHER FAVOURITE FRUIT

The fruit that I have used in this dish is called apple, and every person in Pakistan eats it very fondly. I love this fruit so much because it tastes so good and is one of the most beneficial fruits for our health.

My family members also like this fruit very much, and they also eat it as their daily food because they believe that apples are very good for us. My mother loves this fruit the most in my house.

If I talk about any other fruit that I like after apples, it is bananas, and that too is very good for our health. Sometimes I also try an apple and banana combination with yogurt.


HEALTH BENEFITS OF THIS FRUIT

Apple is a fruit that has numerous benefits for our health, and it keeps a person very active and energetic. The first benefit is that it is very good for the human brain and makes the human brain strong.

Its other benefits are that it contains a lot of neutrinos, which are very good for our health, and it also helps us lose weight. Also, it is much better for our hearts. It can lower the risk of diabetes.

Apart from this, this fruit has many other benefits, like protecting us from cancer and being very good for our intestinal health. This fruit has a lot of power as it is one of the best fruits in the world.

We can estimate the power of this fruit from the fact that I often hear from doctors that people who eat an apple a day do not face any disease in life and remain healthy throughout their life journey.


HOW I GOT IT ?

This fruit is not grown in our area, so I have to go to the market daily to buy it, and sometimes I buy them in huge quantities so that I don't have to go to the market every time. I have planned to plant this fruit many times, but our area does not have a climate that supports it. So I buy two kilos of apples every week, and if we talk about their cost, it is around 500 rupees. which is equal to 10 STEEM.

G han apple hamari sehat k liye bht acha ha or meri post se ap isky benefits to jan hi gaii hongii. Apple itna takawar ha k jo banda daily isko khata ha wo kabi bemar nahi hota ha.
