Great job @maliksman on participating in the Steemit Iron Chef community contest! Your recipe for apple and yogurt sounds delicious and healthy.

It is impressive that you included the health benefits of apples in your post. You mention that apples are good for our brain and help to keep us active and energetic. They also contain a lot of antioxidants which are good for our health and can help us lose weight. Apples are also good for our hearts and lower the risk of diabetes. And you also mention that this fruit has many other benefits, like protecting us from cancer and being very good for our intestinal health.

The pictures of the steps in making the dish were also very helpful. It's great that you made the recipe easy to follow for people who may not have a lot of experience cooking.

I will definitely try making this recipe myself. I like that you included the option to adjust the amount of sugar to suit personal taste. And the fact that you sometimes mix apples and bananas with yogurt sounds very tasty, I'll try that too.

G han apple hamari sehat k liye bht acha ha or meri post se ap isky benefits to jan hi gaii hongii. Apple itna takawar ha k jo banda daily isko khata ha wo kabi bemar nahi hota ha.
