FOOD COLOR CHALLENGE Green Week | Sauteed Okra And Asparagus by @jobreyes24
Greetings Iron Chefs,
Eating green vegetables is important for our health. I almost have some greens on my plate everyday. Today, I will share with you the green recipe that I made in preparation for my third vaccination, Sauteed Okra and Asparagus Recipe.
Ingredients:
Okra
Asparagus
Scallions
Gomaae No Moto
Olive Oil
Procedure:
- 1.Wash the vegetables and slice.
- 2.Heat a pan at medium heat and add put 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 3.Add the asparagus and okra and cook for 3 minutes.
- 4.Add the sliced scallions and put 1 tablespoon of water and stir.
- 5.Sprinkle with Gomaae no Moto (seasoning) and serve.
Itadakimasu! is a simple dish, healthy, and very easy to prepare. The asparagus and okra are tenders and the gomaae seasoning is perfectly fitted. I ate this as the side dish. I enjoyed it and I loved it.
