in Steem For Pakistan2 years ago (edited)

Greetings Steem For Pakistan friends.

I hope you're all doing well, and having some free time to read the stories I'll be sharing in a moment.

I'm not an expert in storytelling, but I will try to remember a true story that I experienced about 20 years ago, and this is a horror story that I have experienced.

Haunted empty house

There is a horror story that I experienced in an abandoned house about 20 years ago when I was a child.

That night it rained drizzling, after the evening prayer we were still children required to recite the Koran at the mosque which is about 1 KM from our parents' house, my father and I were usually accompanied by my father, because at that time the electricity was not fully available in the village us, apart from that the rocky road conditions are also an obstacle for us children so we need to be accompanied by our parents to get to the place of recitation.

To get to the place of recitation we had to walk 1 KM and pass through a haunted empty house, and when we passed the empty house nothing happened everything was fine until we got there.

Classes start at 8pm to 9pm. An hour had passed when we were all allowed to go home, but when we came home our parents no longer picked us up because apart from me and my sister there were many other children who also attended the recitation there and we usually went home together.

The horror story had just started, the drizzle was still going on, along the dark road only at the intersection there was electricity with makeshift lighting, some of us brought umbrellas and some of us only used banana leaves instead of umbrellas to avoid getting wet because of the drizzling rain.

Just about 200 M we left the place of recitation and walked to our house, something strange just happened, one of our friends was crying hysterically like someone who was in pain, at first we thought our friend was just joking so none of us paid any attention to it.

The sound of sandals like someone running sounded very loud, we all fell silent and looked at the person who was running and it turned out that the one who had just ran was our friend who was crying hysterically earlier, he ran very fast and entered the empty house in across the road we will pass.

Seeing this, we all ran fast to the crossroad at the same time, because at the crossroad there was a stall that is usually used as a place for adults to hang out, along the way we screamed for help until we arrived at the crossroad and were greeted by some of the parents who were there.

Trembling, we recounted an incident that had just happened to one of our friends. Simultaneously, the parents who were there went to the empty house, and sure enough, our friend was lying unconscious in the back room of the empty house.

At that time, we who were still children were not allowed to witness firsthand the condition of our friends, and all of us who were still children were sent home.
