Street foods are those foods which is sold by vendor. These foods are also known as ready for eat foods. Street foods are prepared quickly and in affordable price. These foods represents local culture and flavour of region. Some streets foods in my mind are smosa, bhel puri, Alu chany, gol gappa, cotton candy(lachha) , pakora and potato chips.

What is your favorite street food, and where is it commonly found?

My favourite street food is "Gol Gappa" (G.G) . I hope your mouth will be watered. This is found almost place of my area. The taste of gol gappa is sweet, spice and sour. This street food is like by all ages of people. A very famous sentence about Gol Gappa is

Zindagi ka Maza to khattey main hai.

It means the joy of life is in the eating of sour thing like gol gappa. So friends my favourite street food is Gol Gappa.

What ingredients are used to prepare it?

In this street food, different ingredients are used to prepare it. I mentioned ingredients of this food below:

• Boiled potato
• Onion
• White gram(chany)
• Gol Gappa(made with gram flour in round shape)
• Red chilli paste
• Green chilli paste
• Green coriander paste
  Yogurt
• Sweet paste ( mixed Suger and plum paste).
• Sour water (Tartary mixed in water)

What makes this street food special to you? And how often you consume it?

Gol Gappa is very special to me. It's sweet, spice and sour taste make it special to me. I like to eat it with sweet paste and sour water, this make it more special to me. We can take it with yogurt and low spice but this more spice people like it very much and without any doubt I also like it very much.
I consume it twice in a week. I love to consume it with my friends and family both. I consume it with family once in a week and also with friends once in a week. So friends in this way I consume Gol Gappa twice in a week.

Would you recommend it to others? Why or why not?

Yes my friends I like to recommend it other and also to you. I think you must be taste it at least once. When you consume it once then there is no need to recommend you again because you also will become the fan of it. Seriously it's tase is outstanding and unforgettable. It's spice, sweet and sour taste is unbeatable.
I recommend it to other due it's taste and reasonable price.
