The Diary Food Captured with Yummy Thoughts | Season 21

Greetings to you my friend and to all members of this community.

@artist1111, There's an hormone that get secreted in me each time I write about food captured with yummy thoughts, these foods really makes me salivate and when once I am done, I go ahead to get them from the pot to consume to my satisfaction

Avoid junks friends, I take junks sometimes when satisfiable foods are not available at the moment, i take it to keep me strong while preparing my main meals, junks are good but when we are about to carry out heavy out taskes here in Nigeria, we avoid it, because it not going to be satisfiable.

The story behind this foods start basically as i decided to embark on a very hectic and energy consuming task, the task was farming and at this time it was maize, there is this superstitious believe that if you don't eat well before planting maize seeds, your maize will definitely grow stunted, so to this believe I decided to eat to my satisfaction and that was EBA and SOUP. Soups here in Nigeria are prepared in different ways and we have different types of soups, which are Editan, Afang, Nkong, Egusi, Atama, Okra soup etc.

We have a lot of them here, in some states, they eat other leaves and if traveller see them there will definitely adopt it after learning their mode of prepation. So the soup you are seeing in the picture is Editan soup, many condiments are used in it preparation, which are pormo( skinned cow meat), fish, meat, stock fish, perewinkle, but in this soup perewinkle and stock is excluded. I almost forgot to tell you that this food is eaten with bare hands not with spoons.

The emotion here is courage, a person with strength is courageous, if you have strength it is likely you becomes active and perform strong taskes, i see focus, a person that is courageous wil be so focus in making sure what he started is completed, so as I went to the farm, i was strengthen because of the food, i ate.
