One Picture And One Story Week #16

New year's celebrations and doing some fireworks 🎆

It is said that every picture tells a story. That's why I don't hesitate to capture good moments of myself.
I love taking pictures because each time I scroll on my gallery and see old pictures of myself when I am young, I always get goose bombs and feel excited because they give me good memories.

As you can see, the image shared above represents fireworks.
We all love celebrating events and joyful moments around us, and i was very happy to witness the new year with all my family members.
Last year
Last year they were lots of moments in my life both good and bad and it really taught me lots of lessons in my life because what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and I really learned alot from my disappointment last year as they say every disappointment is indeed a blessing.

Seeing the last day of the year was a joyous moment for me and my family members as we all had a wonderful time celebrating the Christmas holiday. It was a memorable period in my life.
The last part of the year is always a good time because it is the joy of every human being to see the new year, I wake up that morning smiling and singing praise yo God for keeping me alive through out the year and yes I had failed goals but it make me become a better version of myself as I learn from my past mistakes.

I sat down an recall on my journey in life throughout the year and also my steemit journey and also set plans of achieving more success, it made me somehow sad recalling my difficult moments of last year but all thanks went strains back to God for keeping me alive to witness the end of the year.

I went to church to glorify God almighty for what he have done for me throughout the year, and our priest prayed for all of us and also have us motivational words of achieving our goals entering into the new year.
Inside the church they were lots of fireworks and noise disturbing the entire environment both inside the church, parents brought trumpet and were blowing it inside the church.

After the mass, we waited and was singing praises to God until it was exactly 1st of January 2024 and we all sang praise to God for making us to see the new year, we hug and embrace each other inside the church and make joyful noise unto the Lord for keeping us alive.
I used the opportunity to call my family members whom I haven't heard from for a very long time, and I wished them a happy new year through phone call.

After we dismissed from church, at the early hours of the new year, I went with my friends to celebrate seeing the new year where we did some fireworks and also singing and praising the name of the Lord.
Seing the new year is the best gift one could ever ask for because a new year is a new beginning in our life and we have fresh plans in our life I believe God will definitely see me through my struggle this year.

After all the celebration, I went back home and slept for some hours, preparing to celebrate the new year properly when it is dawn.

In conclusion

Beginning the new year with fireworks and celebrations is a very joyful and memorable beginning to the year, and i am happy to share these joyful moments with all of you.
