Hello Steeminans, Feels good to be back again.
This is really an amazing topic because money and peace of mind works almost simultaneously. The peace accompanied by having all your bills sorted out cannot be over emphasized.
Money is a commodity that can be used as a means of exchange while Peace is a feeling of calmness with one's self, it's freedom from mental stress, worries and anxiety.
Money can bring about peace but I doubt peace can bring money, even though money is not a guarantee for peace of mind but it's a necessity because they are people with limited resources but very happy and at peace, it also boils down to contentment and satisfaction.
Are we all sacrificing peace to make money? |

Well, I feel it depends on one's definition of peace, because I define Peace as calmness within one's self. So in order to make money we sacrifice our energy and our time but not necessarily our Peace. Peace is abstract and can only be felt within us, even though it's necessary to be at Peace because if we are not at peace we won't function well.
We need to be at Peace in order to make money and not necessarily sacrifice our Peace to make money.
Which is wiser to spend and earn or to spend after earning and saving? |

It is almost normal to spend and earn but it's wiser to spend after earning and saving and this because we tend to have accumulated bills everyday,there's always something that will require spending both regular bills like feeding, utilities, transport and even unforseen circumstances like sickness and family emergency. Spending is almost an obligation because necessary things will have to be done.
It's wiser to spend after earning and saving because after earning we will know how to cut cost and draw our scale of preference perfectly, knowing fully well that this is what is present at hand. Earning before spending helps us to prioritize necessities and not cravings. Saving before spending is very important because, at a certain stage in life we tend to know the importance of savings on our own even without being told because sometimes unplanned and important issues tend to arise and it's our savings that saves us in times like that.
Spending while earning may help one go bankrupt because if the person may have more expectations than actualization and if the expectation is not met the person may go bankrupt.
Apart from money, what brings you peace and happiness? |

Apart from money a lot of things do bring me Peace. In fact I do not feel my peace of mind is tied money or material things it's just a conscious effort to be unperturbed.
My family brings me peace because seeing everything move smoothly and everyone is doing fine and good and there's nothing to worry about brings me peace and happiness.
Music brings calmness to my soul and mind, after a long day of mental stress and worries a song relating to your mood can just bring peace and calmness.
Seeing all my efforts pay off in all aspects of life also brings me Peace and Happiness because I do not have to worry about and failure or failed projects or attempts.

Absolutely, we should learn to save why spending. Also if we fail to plan why saving, then we are planning to fail. Majority of what warrants peace is money but we shouldn't let the quest for money drives away what gives us happiness and satisfaction.
