Traditional Food (Chicken Biriyani) Of Bangladesh Cooking Recipe

Today I am here with one of special recipe Of Bangladesh. Yes, It chicken biriyani. Let's start
Ingredients list of this recipe
First cut the chicken in a bowl, clean them well with water. Then I left it for a while to drain the water in a container with holes. To marinate the chicken pieces, I have added ginger paste, cumin paste, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder as per above mentioned quantity. I add the special biriyani recipe too.
Key Ingredients Amount Rice (Bashmoti rice) 5 Cup Chicken 2 kg Curd 1 cup Potato 12 piece(half) Chopped Onion 2 cup Mint Leaves 1/3 cup Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup Ginger Paste 1.5 table spoon Cumin Paste 1.5 table spoon Salt as required Green Chili as you want Chilli Powder 1 tbs Cloves as you want Cardamom as you want Cinnamon as you want Bay leaves as required Egg 5 Food colour 1 tbs Milk 1 Cup
Step-II
Then I added curd there. After mixing all the ingredients well, cover with a lid. I marinated the chicken for 2 hours. Marinating the chicken in this way will allow the spices well and it will be juicy to eat. I chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves then mixed them in the marinated chicken.
Step-III
In this step I have chopped onion for garnish. Onion is the most used ingredient in this dish. Then chop the onion and fry it in oil on low heat. I do this at the beginning so that it gets crispy after a while.
Step- IV
Now I take a small quantity of potatoes. Peel the potatoes and cut them in the middle. Then I fried them for a long time in little oil. While roasting I kept the heat on the stove very low to prevent burning.
Step-V
Then take a bowl of rice and clean it well. Heat a little oil in a pot and add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. Here I have also used salt. Then I fried the rice in low heat. After frying for 5 to 7 minutes, I added water. After adding water, I covered the rice with a lid to cook it. Here I used 1 cup milk too.
Step- VI
In this step I fry the marinated chicken well in a frying pan. Before the chickens are cooked, they should be well observed so that they do not stick to the fry pan due to excessive heat. After the chickens are cooked well, cover them with a lid for a while. This step took me relatively long to complete. In this step I added a spoonful of curd again.
Step- VII
In this step I add the pre-boiled egg, and the fried potato pieces to the chicken. Then fry in low heat for a while.
Step- VIII
This is the last step of biryani cooking. Now I put some chicken first in a pot and then I make a layer of rice. Then make another layer of chicken gravy and chicken over the rice. Repeat the layer of rice on this layer. I add food coloring and fried chopped onions to the rice. I have also added some green chillies here. Then in the last step add coriander leaves and mint leaves to give a different flavor which will be very tempting.
