Hello everyone!


Today I am here with one of my favourite food recipes. . Today I will be sharing Chokolet Cake Recipe. The kids of our house love this cake very much. So without farther late I am going to start sharing my recipe and I hope you will like this. Let's starts,

Baking Process


Step- I


First take four eggs. Eggs must be at normal temperature. Eggs taken directly from the refrigerator should not be used. Use room temperature eggs. Otherwise, the eggs will not foam properly. It is very important to foam the eggs for its puffyness. Then I break the egg shells and put them in a bowl. Here I have given pictures of four eggs in the picture.

Then I beat the eggs well with an electronic hand beater. If you don't have an electric beater , you can do this with the help of a spoon. One thing to note is that we should follow for making a sosoft cake do not turn the hand beater or the spoon in a specific direction. Do this either anti-clockwise or clockwise but not consecutively. This step will take you 10-12 minutes to complete.

Then take a cup of sugar in a cup. Since I like it less sweet, I used a little less than a cup of sugar. Do not pour whole cups of sugar together. Add this sugar to the egg foam little by little in two or three steps and beat with a beater. This step should take you 4-5 minutes to complete.

Then take 1/3 cup of oil an add this in the batter.

Then mix with some other ingredients. I added a pinch of salt here. Then add baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence. I add half a tablespoon of vanilla essence and baking powder. I also use very little baking soda. Mix all the ingredients together in that bowl. The vanilla essence helps remove the eggy smell from the cake.

Then take one cup of white flour. Sift the flour with the help of a sieve and add it to the batter. Then mix with a spatula with soft hands. One cup of flour should not be poured all at once, it should be mixed slowly in two to three steps.

Next I prepare the chocolate syrup. As I didn't have chocolate syrup, I bought a dark chocolate bar from the market. It is a plain chocolate of 40 grams. Then I heat water in a pot and set another small pot in it. Then we cut the chocolates and pour them on the small pot. By doing this step by step, the chocolate will melt and it become liquid. You can also mail the chocolate by using microwave oven.

In this step I add two table spoon of powdered milk to the mixture and pour in the chocolate syrup into it that I made.After than gradually mix all the ingredients together with the help of a spatula. At this stage my cake batter takes chocolate color.

Now I set my electric oven. I let the oven preheat to 180 degrees F for ten minutes.

Then prepare the mold for my cake. Here I have used two type of moulds . So I have to prepare two types of moulds too. First I take an aluminum mold for the cupcakes. Then place the paper cup cake mould on the aluminum mould.

Then take another aluminum mold of rectangular shape.oil brush on the mold with brush. After oil brushing, I set a paper there.

Then I pour the beater into molds. And place those in the pre-heated oven. I set two different time for those two cakes. I set 180°F for 20 minutes for cup cakes and 40 minutes for family size cake.

I take the cake from the oven and cut into pieces. Then I serve the cake to the kid of our famiy
