Good day to you all in this wonderful community, am so delighted to be here, this is a new day and a new contest, am happy I'm able to participate in this contest because it's so interesting, I have encountered so many best post this week, but out of them Im eligible to choose only one which that is what am gonna do immediately..

As I said earlier, though out this week I have encountered so many wonderful contest and I don't know which one to take as the best, it both contest and engagement challenge, this week I have participated in so many community like @steem4Nigeria, @healthysteem and more... In all the community I have found so many topic which I have learnt so much..

So with all said and done, am here to say that in all the community which I participated in their different challenges @healthysteem have come out to be one of the best community which has drop the best post this week which is all about SEC-S16 / W4 | "The Environment and Our Health"🌍👩‍⚕️, this topic is very interesting and important in our life. It's good to be keep our surrounding clean, because that is so hygienic, by doing that our body system is saved from any disease or infection, in this contest they also talked about student getting more knowledge about their surrounding.. yes it's important, but people who are in school,more wisdom and knowledge are passed though them how they can keep their surrounding clean, by doing This no way will be found untidy...

@aaliarubab is the founder of healthy Steem Community, she isn't from Nigeria, but I don't know where exactly she is from, although I haven't met one on one before but my mom do chat with her since my mom is one of their mod, I guess before she created a wonderful community called healthy Steem, means she has been taking good care of her health and she is also trying make people know the important of their health and how the can care and protect it from harmful substances, she is really a nice person because if she's not she won't have shared her idea about health to us..

In all her post it about health and how to care, even the last post she made was about our environment and how to keep it clean, so I think she is really in love with her health and others well-being too. I say a big thank you to her once again....

As I said earlier, the topic of the post was SEC-S16 / W4 | "The Environment and Our Health"🌍👩‍⚕️ , which in conclusion it talks about our environment and our health, I chose this post as one of the best this week because, by this post people will learn the important of caring for their surrounding and also their health, some people don't know the reason the should keep their environment clean but by this post we all will learn one or two things each... So that the reason I chose this post....

I have learnt so many things from this particular engagement challenge, it has really explain deeply about our surrounding and how to care for it. I have learnt things like:

Keeping our surrounding clean is for the benefits of our health.
It will help in reducing some pollutants.
Lastly we can gain more knowledge on how to care for our surrounding at school or any leaning center...

Yes I will love More people to see this post because it's so educating, it will teach people on how to keep their surrounding clean and their health too, infant in my research more than 100 people has participate including me, so I won't want it to stop there more should participate because it will be helpful in one way or the other...
