Assalam-o-Alaikum!

How are you steemit friends ? Hope you will be healthy happy and well . I am also fit and healthy.Today i want to take participate in Hindwhale community contest "HWC contest #53: Food Diary Game - WEEK -4 by @neelofar (13-05-2024) organized by Respected @jyoti-thelight.

Items used in cooking chicken karahi !

  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chills
  • chicken
  • Spices
  • black pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt
Steps 1

In first step I cut onion in to small pieces and add cooking oil in it in cooking dish and keep it on fire . When the onion become brown I add chicken in it.

Steps 2

I left it on medium stove for about 10 mint when the chicken fry completely in the oil I then add tomato and chilli in it.

Step 3

When the tomato cook completely I add yogurt in which I already mix black paper in it.

Step 4

When all the yogurt become dry. I add small amount of water in it and left it on low stove for about 10 minutes. Now the Yammy chicken kahari is ready.

We also eat raita along with chicken karahi.I also eat some rice in my lunch

Health benefits of chicken karahi

The tasty and healthy dish popular in Asian is delicious chicken karahi. It is is cooked in almost all home and liked by most of the people.It is a good source of protein. These protein are necessary for the growth and repair of muscles. It also contain important vitamins and minerals including B vitamins .Which are necessary for the nervous system and energy creation.

The dish contain tomatoes and black pepper are a great source of antioxidants which help shield our cells from harm. The homemade chicken karahi is usually healthier for our heart because it uses less oil than restaurant. When we consumed in small amounts chicken karahi its can be a delicious method to promote general health.
