Winner announcement : My opinion on Conflict management
Friends, welcome all of you to the post of winner announcement. Weekly contests are announced every week by the Hind Whale community and every time we choose winners and give them rewards. The purpose of announcing the contest in the community is to keep the users active in the community and at the same time, we should implement the ideas received from the community in our lives and move towards a better lifestyle.
The topic of the last contest was Conflict management. All of you shared your best posts with us and shared your thoughts with us. Of course, conflict can happen between two individuals, between two communities or between two religions. The true meaning of conflict is not about any person, community or religion but about ideology. We conflict every day and no one can deny this. Some conflicts disappear in the blink of an eye while some conflicts even take the form of a fight.
We all should know how to manage conflict. Effective communication, patience and understanding can resolve conflict. It is said that patience is the greatest power of a human being which can melt even the mountains, so in the content of all of you, we saw that most of the people were throwing more light towards patience and I also agree with this. Well, the time has come to announce the winner, so let's move ahead.
The contest was so beautiful that everyone wrote their posts from the heart. For us, your posts are the best but considering the thoughts and words, we have announced two participants as winners as per the rules.
