According to your understanding, what is conflict and what is its outcome?

Conflict is a situation where there is a disagreement between two parties which results in quarrels, fights, or keeping malice with each other. When conflict occurs between people, their relationship never remains the same.

Every conflict always results in one of the things I have mentioned above. People always have issues as such because they disagree with each other. So for you to able to stay off any conflict, you must not have yourself engage in any of the things I have mentioned above.

Conflict beings about enmity among people and friends who are living together with one another. It can cause a long-time friendship to suddenly come to an end without any form of delay.

Can we end the conflict completely or not? Please explain a little.

Conflict can end completely if the parties involved need peace among themselves. In cases where there is a communal conflict, what people do is to ensure that they see ways to avoid it because over time it has been seen that it causes loss of lives and properties.

So the leaders of these communities having such a crisis may decide to come together with each other and have a chat with one another and then settle their differences with an agreement.

If such a process is taken into consideration then the persons involved will be able to settle the dispute completely. So in my opinion it is possible to settle conflict completely.

What can be done to prevent conflict between a team or two individuals?

In other to prevent conflict between a team and an individual the best thing to do is to ensure that they all land on a balance when debating on a particular issue. No one should feel cheated because that is the genesis of the entire issue.

So if you have the opportunity ensure you check and correct any issues, and do so swiftly and on the fairground so that both parties will be on a balance and no one will feel cheated or something of that nature.

In summary, to prevent conflict between any team or two individuals we must always ensure that a fair and clear judgment and decisions are made and no one will feel cheated no matter what. Doing this has already solved a big problem that could have come to you.
