Greetings and welcome to my blog. Steemit is a whole hive of interesting posts and creativity and there’s no end to good and quality posts. Amidst all the quality creations, there are some posts that makes an impression and seems more personal to the reader and this week I read such a post.

Write about the post that you have selected as the best post of the week.

The post that I have selected as the best pots for the week is the post by @ninapenda. Post link

In this post she was sharing a memorable experience she had during the national
Meet up she attended. She gave a succinct and heartfelt exposition starting from the start of her journey to the arrivals and the warm welcome and hospitality given to them by the hosting steemians.

They travelled from different states in the country to the hosting state and the convention of many steemians around the country was totally a great time to remember.

She went ahead to give a run down of the event from the opening speech to questions and answers segment which served as a motivating point to the new and struggling steemians and then to the opening of the mystery box full of gifts for steemians that added a whole new level of vibe and experience to the event.

She also shared many pictures to drive the enjoyment home. I felt Like I was there in the meeting just by reading through her post.

Write about the author of the post.

Ninapenda is a prolific writer and a passionate steemian who knows her onions. She’s one of the people I look up to as a motivator and she has been helpful to my steemit journey.

She’s hard working and presently has a reputed 75, from Nigeria and is an MOD in three communities namely; steem for Nigeria, steem ladies and steem Agro.

Reason for selecting the post.

I selected the post as my best post for the week because of how detailed the post is, the quality of the content created and above all, the message it passed across. It’s simply a show of love and togetherness and how steemit has bonded strangers from different walks of life into a family.

She made an amazing proposal that got me thinking about possibilities as she said she has the vision of arranging in the near future an international meetup for steemians.

Imagine steemians from different countries gathering together for an international meetup and you would finally get to meet great steemians that you have only had dealings with online. There’s really no limitations to what we can do if we put our minds to it.

Would you recommend this post to other readers? Why or why not?

I would recommend this post to steemians and I think you should check it out already with the link I provided. You would see how steemit has created wonderful and memorable relationships for us and we are doing more than just blogging. The many pictures put an icing on the cake. It’s like being there when you are not there.

Steemit is a great place to be and the post would even encourage others especially the newbies who are on the verge of giving up to know that if others can do it, they too can.

Thank you for reading through, I ask @ngozi996, @beewrites and @lewaswrite to join the contest. Thank you @pea07 for this amazing contest.
