This is what we can do as a community !

I'm @clixmoney the founder of @dcooperation !

I created @dcooperation to see more steemians collaborate with each other and with people from the web and other crypto communities , so steem will be known as a collaborative space where all the world is welcome !

Since we are calling ourselves a community I would like to write about what we can do as a community to be valuable to steem blockchain !

The first thing and the most important is :

To onboard people to steem and to help newcomers who already joined. That way we can promote our community and welcome so many steemians every single day. Do you remember how you joined steem ? Did you like how you were welcomed here ? I remember everything and that made me very excited about the blockchain. That's how important is to welcome newcomers.

To do that at least once a day check the new page in steemit and you will find there some new people or some of them who need help. Welcome them, or help them. At least welcome one person and help one once a day. Make it like a priority for yourself when you wake up for example. That will not take a long time from you ! Just check the page, do it right now, you have nothing to lose : https://steemit.com/created/

You can also add the tag you want to that link and you will find people from your niche. You can also check #introduction or #introduceyourself or #introducemyslef . But, I would like to recommend the new page of that. Because in trending people are already supported and they didn't feel lonely. But, those who are in the new page really need a bit of attention.

Try to not only comment them, but you can upvote them even if your upvote is low ( if a lot of people will do the same, he newcomer will feel the support for sure !). Try to resteem the best introduction you like for more visibility. Tell them what applications to use and what communities to join !

The second thing is to be active :

You have to be active in steem community. Not only commenting your followers and friends. Not only interacting with those you like. Sometimes people need any little attention to keep going in their steem journey. Just support random steemians sometimes. Lift their mood. Motivate them. Don't make anyone feel lonely in steem. Don't only comment whales or people in trending just because that's useful for you. Comment anyone you like in the new page ! Everyone cares only about the trending and the hot. Who will care about the new one ?

Again, you can also here experiment with different tags in the new page. Just add in the end of this link the word you want and you will find something interesting : https://steemit.com/created/

The third and not the last thing to do :

Is to join as much communities as you can. Try to support communities just like you're supporting newocmers. It doesn't matter what the community can give you back. It's built on steem and it should be supported. It doesn't matter if someone from the community or even from the leadership did something to you ( when I talk about communities, I talk about applications as well ). It's built on steem and it shouldn't suffer just because one person did something in it !

That's why I try to support all steemians and all communities and all applications built on steem. Don't let the nagative people make you negative as well.

Anyway, that's all what's coming to mind now. I'm sharing this here to support the community because I'm not upvoted by this account and I just would like our members to get better upvotes because we power up all the earning. I just want to build something useful to every single steemian here !
