Only 7 witnesses needed !
I learned today that we need 17 witnesses to fork steem and we already have 10 on the top. We need only 7 to rule again !
I think we can do it guys !
Recently just one guy moved the Spanish witness from the position 30 to the position 10 now, read about that here : The impact of DCooperation members !

Please vote for them. Let's push them higher. We can do it !

Take a look at those witnesses, those are all real people and they did so much during more than 4 years for our blockchain.
If a simple little community like @dcooperation could push @cervantes that high, we can all do that.

not sure about recent code, but in the past, 5 witnesses was a number to block hardfork
