Delegators : SteemitContest weekly report

We welcome all members of the community. We have contests here in which you can participate. From today, the rules in the community are changing a little, which we want to tell you about!

Curation rules

Little by little, the strategy and rules of curation are being formed, we are constantly looking for the fairest formula for curation, today the algorithm is as follows:

⩾ 1 SP - 20%
⩾ 500 SP - 25%
⩾ 1000 SP - 50%
⩾ 1500 SP - 75%
⩾ 2000 SP - 100%

• delegate posts are curated regardless of where the post is published, in a personal blog or in any other community;
• the delegate's post is curated once a day;
• the battery of the community account is not discharged less than 85%, i.e. the delegate receives a full app;
• everyone receives app strictly in proportion to their delegation;
• the remainder of the unallocated account strength is directed to support the participants of the contests;

Now 50% of the accruals will be distributed among all delegates in accordance with the delegated SP.
Payments will be made once a week on Wednesdays. steemit will be lowered from the strength of the vote, and then distributed to the delegates proportionally! In the future, the percentage of payment to delegates will increase to 80%.

Also, two new contests have appeared in our team, prizes in the amount of 6 steam will also be obtained by lowering the strength of the voice and distributed to the winning participants.

Last week, the @steemit.contest community earned 52.46 steam.

We will distribute exactly half of it next Wednesday by delegates of 6 steеm and I will bring them out for prizes at new contests.

Правила курирования

Понемногу формируются стратегия и правила курирования, мы неустанно ищем самую справедливую формулу курирования, на сегодняшний день алгоритм таков:

⩾ 1 SP - 20%
⩾ 500 SP - 25%
⩾ 1000 SP - 50%
⩾ 1500 SP - 75%
⩾ 2000 SP - 100%

• курируются посты делегатов вне зависимости от того, где опубликован пост, в личном блоге или в каком-либо другом сообществе;
• пост делегата курируется один раз в день;
• батарейка аккаунта сообщества не разряжается менее 85%, т.е. делегат получает полноценный апп;
• каждый получает апп строго в пропорциональной зависимости от своей делегации;
• остаток нераспределённые силы аккаунта направляется на поддержку участников конкурсов;

Выплаты будут происходить раз в неделю по средам. steemit будет понижаться с силы голоса, а затем раздаваться делегатам пропорционально! В будущем процент выплаты делегатам будет повышаться до 80%.

Так же в нашем коллективе появилось два новых конкурса, призовые в размере 6 steem так же будут добываться путем понижения силы голоса и раздаваться выигравшим участникам.

На прошлой неделе сообществом @steemit.contest было заработано 52.46 steem.

Ровно половину раздадим в следующую среду делегатам и 6 steem выведу на призы на новые конкурсы.
