The days fly like birds in the sky, just blinked an eye, and the day has already flown away.
It turns out that I haven't shown the birds for almost a whole month. And I returned to the birds of Dagestan again.
It's a muscovy duck. In Russia, it is also called indoutka. Do you know why? Because someone decided that it was a hybrid of a turkey and a duck. I also laughed at the thought.
In fact, this large duck comes from Mexico. Not that this duck came from there directly, but its descendants once flew in those places.

Оказывается, что я не показывал птиц почти целый месяц. И яснова вернулся к птицам Дагестана.
Это мускусная утка. Еще её называют индоутка. А знаете почему? Потому что кто-то решил, что это гибрид индюка и утки. Я тоже посмеялся такой мысли.
На самом деле эта крупная утка родом из Мексики. Не то, чтобы прямо вот эта утка прилетела от туда, но её потомки когда-то леталм в тех местах.


At first glance, it may seem that this duck is very clumsy. This is hinted at by her short paws. In fact, this duck was very slow, but I saw that it flies perfectly! I was surprised. Usually domestic ducks have their wings clipped so that they don't fly away, but we were among high mountains and this drake probably just had nowhere to fly. He periodically flew from the courtyard of our base-hotel to the river and back.

На первый взгляд может показаться, что эта утка очень неуклюжая. На это намекают её короткие лапы. На самом деле эта утка была очень медлительная, но я увидел, что она прекрасно летает! Я был удивлен. Обычно домашним уткам подрезают крылья, чтобы они не улетели, но мы находились среди высоких гор и этому селезню, наверное, просто некуда было лететь. Он периодически перелетал со двора нашей базы-отеля на реку и обратно.

This is poultry. Therefore, I can say that the taste qualities of the meat of this duck are valued higher than a simple mallard duck. I can even say this as a person who has tasted the meat of a simple and muscovy duck.
I recommend it. The main thing is that you, friends, do not think that I ate this duck! no! This duck stayed in the same place where she lived.

Это домашняя птица. Поэтому я могу сказать, что вкусовые качества мяса этой утки ценятся выше, чем простой кряковой утки. Это я могу даже сказать как человек пробовавший в пищу мясо простой и мускусной утки.
