Powdered vaccines a new concept in pandemics

As the new coronavirus pandemic progresses, new scientific discoveries in viral control, as well as novel methods for antigen inoculation, are emerging.
As I have been emphasizing in my previous posts related to Covid-19 and each of the scientific topics, this adversity generated by this deadly virus, has given us the opportunity to develop at the social and laboratory level schemes to effectively combat viral attacks.
In this regard, it is worth mentioning that current vaccination programs on a global scale are carried out through the implementation of injection in one or several doses containing the antigen that will induce an immune response in our organism.
Now, recently, researcher Ingemo Andersson, an expert in chemistry and immunology in conjunction with the company Iconovo, is collaborating with a company to develop and standardize a dry powder vaccine against covid-19.
This potential dry powder vaccine against covid-19 will be the first of its kind and would be a scientific breakthrough, and according to experts from the World Health Organization, the entry of these vaccines into the market will bring about major changes.
One of these changes is that the powdered vaccine can be distributed very easily without the cold chain, and it can be administered without the need for health care providers, which would facilitate the execution of mass vaccination programs without major medical and logistical setbacks.
It should be noted that, in the words of the representatives of the World Health Organization, there is still a considerable way to go before the trials show effectiveness and the vaccine reaches the expected potential at the clinical level.

Wow, and many people in several countries are still waiting for the final vaccine. This virus is really terrible and new variants are coming out all the time.
So those who have not yet been vaccinated must continue to wait in any of its presentations.

This is interesting news, really something good and innovative because, as you pointed out, the cold chain is something that delays the distribution of vaccines and also puts them at risk, some time ago I read about the loss of a significant amount of vaccines in a hospital because the refrigerator failed, which would be avoided with a dry product.

That's right, the combination of science and technology is what we have been able to appreciate the most in the front row in this unfortunate and hard pandemic, that this vaccine comes to the market implies that the big pharmacological companies establish agreements.

Although the WHO has said that there is still a long way to go with this vaccine, it is still a breakthrough, we just need to be patient and wait.

Wouldn't ever come to my mind, vaccine through powder, interesting. Distribution of the vaccine faster and easier is no wonder an essential nowadays since the traditional way of vaccine is kinda slow if it's compared to something easier for people to get.

I believe that for that to happen the states must make substantial investments, and unfortunately in the case of Latin American countries most do not have the financial availability to pay for this type of vaccines, which I suspect will have a high acquisition value.

We are making huge progress in the field of vaccine as we have seen in this covid-19 suitation we get vaccine in less then a year and that is also affective upto 70%+ , here in India we are now tasting booster vaccine for covid so that it can help in growth faster in recovery.
