I think we experience the same feeling.
As I read your first few lines there was practically an echo in my thoughts.
I am currently trying to probe the views of my community's (Project Hope Hive) subscribers.
In fact, together with my partner @crypto.piotr we have implemented some google forms and a Dpoll, precisely for that purpose.
We have been working on our project for a couple of years and it really feels like an emptiness in the chest just thinking about leaving Steemit. Of course, the project would continue in Hive. But we are currently exploring both chains.
We never imagined living this dilemma, did we?
