# Achievement 4 by @zekea Task: Applying Markdowns

Hello Steemians,

It's morning over here so, good morning to you... It's been so long since I wrote something on my page and I feel so bad about it. Hope to get better.
Well, this is achievement 4 and thanks to newcomers' community, we've acquired vast amount of knowledge to even become professional blog writers.

Alright so, let's write on markdowns.

My Definition

Markdowns are basic syntax and commands used in formatting text for beauty and also, to make it simpler to understand. Basically, it makes you look and feel professional.

Let me put up a photo to illustrate alignment of text and images

A representation of allignment with photo on the left and text on the right. About the picture, this is a 3D model design of a church back home in Nigeria. Picture dimension size is reduced by half. Hope it's beautiful enough for your eyes :).
