Hello community of Steemit,today I have the opportunity to present my achievement 4 which is very important for our publications, because it teaches us to apply the techniques so that they look with a better style and originality; and thus attract people's attention
How to justify the text
They say that reading only has to dedicate lost time, which is lost part of life while reading. But the truth is that, it is a good hobby for many, of course that obligation for others, but reading is a beneficial mental exercise because favoring concentration and empathy and even being able to predict professional success since being able to read, nourishes you from experiences of many people, makes you put in the shoes of that person and think about what one can do helps us practically to have an experience that although not the we have lived, but when we live it we will know what we can do. Reading creates, recreates and transforms. A good selection of books is like a good selection of food: it nourishes us.

The Catalan writer Emili Teixidor, author of Reading and Life (Column) tells us:
"Just as we take care of ourselves and go to the gym more and more, we should dedicate half an hour a day to reading"
Exercising the mind through reading favors concentration, although, after learning, reading seems a process that occurs innately in our mind, reading is an unnatural activity since also every time we read we find new words or expressions that we did not know.

A more contemporary example may be: If you read the books of "Mace rum", how much does the protagonist you imagined resemble the one in the film? The authors make descriptions of their characters while telling the story, and this is precisely the mental exercise that stimulates our imagination you can travel the world with the mind, even better, invent new worlds.
It can be characters, objects, scenarios and scenes; but in our brain it is activated to create those fragments in our mind and the creativity that is exercised, then we can apply it in other areas, we can also notice that, as well as the muscles, our creative capacity is developed thanks to reading.

"knowledge is power" is a phrase that in our lives we have been able to hear and it is true, it is a liberating power. Reading means acquiring new information, no matter if it is fiction or real, there is always something that makes us curious and prompts us to investigate. When reading we can notice that our curiosity is feeding and drives us to want to know more, by knowing more, our critical thinking is also activated and allows us to understand a fact and take a position, analyze it and solve it if it is a conflict.
