1. What is Effective Steem Power?

Go to https://steemyy.com/ and click on Tools and then under Steem Essentials, click on Steem Account Information as shown in the pic below.

Now type the ID without putting @ and then click on Query & console.log()as shown in the pic below.

Now you can see your Effective Steem Power as highlighted in the pic below.

2. How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?

Go to https://steemyy.com/ and on homepage, click on Tools and then under Steem Essentials again click on Steem SP Delegation Tool as shown in the pic below.

Fill out the necessary details and then click on STEEM: Delegate via steemlogin.com as shown in the pics below.

After that confirm transaction by clicking on Continue as shown in the pic below.

A login window will pop up for Steem. Login using your ID and private active key as shown in the pic below.

Now click on Approve to confirm transaction as shown in the pic below.

3. How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?

Go to https://steemyy.com/ and on homepage, click on Tools and then under Steem Essentials again click on Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer as shown in the pic below.

Now fill out all the necessary details and then click on Query as shown in the pic below to check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts.

4. How do you automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?

At homepage of Steemyy, click on Tools and then under Steem Essentials again click on Steem Auto Claim Rewards as shown in the pic below.

Now enter your Steem ID and Private Posting Key then choose the time interval and click on Claim as shown in the pic below.

5. How do you check the outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"?

At homepage of Steemyy, click on Tools. After that click on Steem Outgoing Votes Report which is present under the Upvotes and Flags section as shown in the pic below.

Now enter the STEEM ID and Date Range and then click on Outgoing Voting Report as shown in the pic below.

6. How do you check the incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?

Now enter the STEEM ID and Date Range and then click on Incoming Voting Report as shown in the pic below.

7. How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?

At homepage of Steemyy, click on Tools. After that click on Steem Power Delegator Checker which is present under the Delegators and Delegatees section as shown in the pic below.

Now enter your Steem ID and then click on Search. It will show you the list of people who have delegated SP to your account.
