Yes, I understand how steemit's voting curation works. There are two types of votes that we can cast: upvotes and downvotes. If you like a post that is good and follows the rules and want to thank the author, you can upvote it; in this case, the author receives some steem/SBD/TRX rewards based on the voters' steem power. Furthermore, the author's reputation score gradually rises at the same time. You can downvote a post if you don't like it for whatever reason; in this case, the author's rewards will be reduced, and your reputation score may be reduced.

According to the vote's power, users with less than 500 SP always vote with a 100% power, and his 100% will reduce 2% on every vote he cast and will be recharged 20% daily, but the values of the vote decrease when voting power decreases, so you must maintain the power between 80% and 100%. The voting reward amount will be split between the curator and the author after the payout, which will take place 7 days after the post is published.

It is not appropriate for a curator to vote. Immediately after a post is posted, 100% of the curation reward remains in the reward pool. If the curator loses a portion of the curation reward, it will be returned to the reward pool depending on when he voted. For example, if he voted within one minute of the post's publication, he will receive only a 20% curation reward, while the remaining 80% will be returned to the reward pool. Well, I voted for a lot of witnesses but my favourite is @steemchiller and @justty because they both developed two important site including a large variety of tools, which are very useful for all the steemians. And the rest I voted because I saw some potential in them.

I have joined many communities which are very friendly and some which are according to my niche. For example Colombia-Original and Hind Whale Community are very friendly and welcoming So, I joined Steem Enterpreneur which is according to my niche. Well, by this I'm not judging any community all communities here are super friendly but I'm sharing my experience with which communities I already joined and worked.

I am really very happy to complete my tasks, in these tasks I have learned a lot of lessons about steemit and steemit tools from different developers.
