Achievement 4 focuses on the application of various markdowns in steemit. Markdowns can be likened to the various formatting tools as in Microsoft word. They make one's work attractive, easy to read and also, locating certain information on the work as simple as possible. It is with a kind pleasure that I take you through some of the markdowns in steemit. Some of which includes;
Giving a headline
To give a headline in the steemit blockchain, one inputs the #tag, gives a space and then the text as heading as shown below

It is prudent to note that the number of #tags determines the font size of the headline; the more #tags used, the lesser the font size of headline

Bolding text
To bold text, one has to place two asterisks (**) signs before and after the text that has to bolded without a space. One can also use bolded texts as headings in some cases

Italics
To italicize text, one has to place an asterisk (just one) before and after the text with no space. This makes texts significantly different others and can be pointed out simply

Inserting tables
To insert a table in texts, the following code could be used;
Header 1 | Header 2
Cell 1 | Cell 2
Cell 3 | Cell 3
One's texts could be entered in place of what I refer to as header 1, cell 1, and in that order.
