Achievement 6 Task by @shivamkumar001 : Understanding Curation and Community

Hello dear Steemian friends, how all are you? I hope you all are well and healthy. So I am here for presenting my achievement 6. This is my final achievement. I learned much from all this achievements.

In this achievement, I learned about- How to curation reward work, what is voting, what is witness and more. So now I am able to reply all the questions of this achievement. So let's get start-

How voting and curation work in steemit:-

This is very simple, if we want to upvote any post I should click only upvote button 🔘 and for downvote I should click on downvote button 🔻.
Our voting like an energy power because more power gives more vote any post. We can start with 100% voting. After one time voting our voting power will automatically less 100%. One more information ℹ️ thing is we can vote more than 10 times per day but it depends on our Steem Power. More Steem more voting power.

Curation work different types. If a curator gives a vote of any Post/comment then he will return something after payout for that post. Now in our mind there is many questions. Which I learned, I will tell here. A curator gives vote for a post which is posted under 5 minutes. Then that author will not get whole his 50% reward. He will get something. If that author wants to whole his 50% reward. Then he should give the vote on that post whic is posted above the 5 minutes.

If we vote a post at the time of painting then 100% curation reward remains in Steem pool.

If curator vote a post before 5 minutes then I need to know which minutes curator vote.

Curator will get 20% and 80% remains in the rewards pool. This is at 1 minute after posting a post/comment.

Curator will get 40% and 60% remains in the rewards pool. This is at 2 minutes after posting a post/comment.

Curator will get 60% and 40% remains in the rewards pool. This is at 3 minutes after posting a post/comment.

Curator will get 80% and 20% remains in the rewards pool. This is at 4 minute after posting a post/comment.

So this is all boundary under 5 min. Posting a Post.

I want to vote three - @steemchiller, @justyy, @futureshock. These three people made very useful, valuable and gorgeous tool for steemit. steemworld.org made by @steemchiller, steemyy.com made by @justyy and steemscan.com made by @futureshock. In these tools we can find our much information. So I want to vote these three. So thanks to all inventor.

I joined many community , some of them are- I joined new comers community for sharing the achievement task, I joined steemit nursery for sharing my daily routine, I joined Cric- world because cricket is one of my favourite outdoor game. I will join stock photos, gems etc community in steemit. Because I have many things for posted here like a nice photos but I don't know about these communities, I commented few posts of this community to know but I didn't get any response by anyone. So I will try to understand this community then I will join these communities.

In these all achievements I learnt much about steemit. Now I am able to do something in this plateform. So I am very happy. This became possible because I read carefully the article of @cryptokannon. So thanks to her.
