It is very pleasure for me that I present here with my achievement 6 task. lots of things that we should know about them
what is witness curaion and community today i will give you information about thses things i hope you will get better understanding
there are four types of question that i give answer of each them so lets statrt our discusion

1 : How voting & curation work in steemit?

Voting means expressing the the value of thing its maybe guilty or its honorable for him or thing as like this we also give voting in steemit
There are two types of voting Upvoting and downvoting Many users vote on good content in steemit we have more steem power the more rewards we can distribute we start 100 percent we can vote every time our voting will recharge 20 percent each day
We can 10 times vote per day
New users can only upvote and downvote with 100 voting strength once we reach about 500 steem power we wilk see a vitr slider appear when we vote we alao adjust the slider about the weight of our vote between 1 percent to 100 percent
The reward are allocated so that 50 percent payouts goes to the author of the post and 50 goes to the curator
If a post is upvoted the moment of posting, 100% of the curation reward will remain in the rewards pool.

2 : What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes mark after posting?

• At 1 minute, the curator receives 20%, and 80% remains in the rewards pool.
• At 2 minutes, the curator receives 40%, and 60% remains in the rewards pool.
• At 3 minutes, the curator receives 60%, and 40% remains in the rewards pool.
• At 4 minutes, the curator receives 80%, and 20% remains in the rewards pool.

If a post is upvoted 5 minutes (or later) after posting, 100% of the curation reward goes to the curator.

3 : What are Steem witnesses?

The Steem blockchain relies on a group of individuals known as witnesses to generate blocks,
employing a consensus protocol called delegated proof of stake (DPOS). The community selects these
witnesses to serve as both the network's block producers and its governing body. There are 20 primary
witnesses responsible for producing blocks in each 63-second round. An additional 21st position is
designated for backup witnesses, and their scheduling is proportionate to the level of stake-weighted
approval they receive from the community. Witnesses receive
compensation in the form of Steem Power for each block they successfully generate.
Block Production: Witnesses are responsible for producing and adding new blocks to the blockchain. They take turns in producing blocks in a round-robin fashion, and their performance in this role is crucial for the overall health and stability of the Steem network.

Responsiblties

Blockchain Governance: Witnesses are involved in the decision-making process for protocol
upgrades and changes. They can propose and vote on changes to the Steem blockchain.
The consensus algorithm used by Steem involves a form of Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS),
where stakeholders can vote for witnesses they trust. Witnesses with the most votes hold more
influence in the decision-making process.

Security: Witnesses contribute to the security of the blockchain by validating transactions and
ensuring that only valid transactions are added to the blockchain. This helps prevent attacks and maintains
the overall integrity of the network.

Infrastructure: Witnesses operate the technical infrastructure, including servers, required to run the
Steem blockchain. This involves maintaining a reliable and secure environment for the blockchain to function.

4 : My community & The reasons - why I joined here

According to me, with the passage of time, a lot of things about Steemit have become clearer. It is possible
that I learn many things with just the help of the newcomers' community. It provides us with very informative
content about Steemit. The Newcomers Community is one of the most helpful for me as a new user.
It guides newcomers and provides ways for success. This community is not just my favorite; it is
almost helpful for every user. Othercommunities are also helpful; they provide information, but this
community is really helpful for me. thats the reason that i joined this community
