Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Yes, Now I am understand that how to voting and curation works in this Steemit platform.

Voting is more important for get more votes from others. When we get more votes from low Steem power holder is When we get single vote from the high steem power holder. when we give our votes to others they only get 50% of the rewards they will get. It is known as author rewards. Another 50%of vote is went the curator itself. It is known as curator rewards. Both of them are get at the post payout time. There is an limit for the voting there will be 100% for every vote there will be 2% reduce. After that it will restore I'm some time. 20% of energy will be restored in 24hrs. When we get more than 575 steems in our account then we can put an votes by reducing the voting percentage.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

We can get 50% of our vote which we have to the author post. It is called as curator rewards. We can only get our rewards for that post of we have our votes after 5 minutes only.

When we gave our vote to a post on 0-5 minutes, In certain percentage of the curation reward remains in the reward pool and the Curation reward also reduced.

So if you vote less than 5 minutes your Curation reward is reduced.

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

When I was new to this Steemit platform, I don't know anything about witness. So that I didn't vote for anyone then I asked my friend to guide me then he told me all things that he knows in this platform. At the time he told me to put vote to the witness of @justyy, @steemchiller @future.witness and @bangla.witness. One person can vote upto maximum of 30 Witnesses. Now I had vote for total 28 witnesses. I had only remaining 2 votes only.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

In this Steemit platform there are so many communities are available but I had joined by my interest. I joined in some of the community.

#Newcomers' Community : The Newcomers community is like school for me there are so many things to learn in this platform. Before entering into steemit platform, I don't know anything about this platform. Now I have to understand a lot in it. In this community there are also tutorial for beginners it will help me to improve my post.

#SteemIndia : This is the community that I had joined second in this platform. Because I am from India this community would like to connect and interactive with in our country people. I had like traditional Indian culture but now this community is changed the name as #indiaspeaks

#Steemphotos : I am also interested in sharing my photography skills in that community.

#Tronfanclub : Then I had joined in the tron-fan-club in this community we can share post based on tron crypto games extra I had joined resendly to this community.

Thus I had answered all the questions of my Achievement 6.
