Here is the selected list for group A of the December batch. Following 10 members are provided with 100SP delegation per each to cover their resource credit.
I like to request them to pay attention to using their voting power too.

what does delegation mean?
You know, we have steem power in our wallets. SP has many benifits, increase curation reward amount you get, help to recharge resource credit fast, giving value to your vote.
One person can give SP to another person just to use, but keeping ownership to him self. That is Delegating Steem Power. If a person delegate you, you can use his steem power as yours.
