Resource Credit Support Program for New Comers

Slow recharging of resource credits is a major problem that is faced by new comers. Most of the time they make mistakes in their post and edit and repost multiple times. This causes to drain their RC quickly even without awareness. This is a barrier for most dedicated newcomers. So we planned to give additional support to 20 selected newcomers to keep doing their activities continuously.

What We are Doing?

We would like to delegate 100SP each for 20 dedicated newcomers or members who have problems with Resource Credits for 3 weeks.

Objectives

• Support outstanding newcomers to keep posting and commenting without an effect of low resource credit
• Motivate engagement of newcomers

What Motivated Me?

Before 4 months there was a girl in steemit who with 15SP but made comments and posts eagerly. She had no idea about RC and even what is RC. One day she couldn't submit her post due to lack of resource credit. She tried the whole night to post but couldn't. The next day a kind and newcomer lover lady call @cryptokannon delegated some enough SP to that girl. With that motivation, she became a country representative later. Then the girl did the same for another newcomer who actively participating in commenting and that newcomer achieved so many victories with the help of her little delegation. 😊

How this Happen?

• We are focusing on members with less Steem Power but have proven active engagement.
• We are calling for application on the 7th day and 21st day of every month so if anyone fulfills the requirements given below, can request a delegation by making a comment of that particular post.
• After 4 days, on the 11th and 25th of each month, we publish the list of names of selected members and supply the delegation. We select 20 members, 10 per one circle and delegate 100SP per each.
• We will monitor your activities from time to time, to ensure the delegation is using properly.
• After 21 days of the delegation, we remove the support.
• Again on the 7th day of the month we call for applications to request a delegation for next batch. The process iterate like this

Who is Eligible?

To be eligible for this delegation,

1. The amount of Steem Power available must be less than 75SP. (lowest are consider first)
2. Must have proven active engagement during 3 days prior to the date of application.
3. Must not participate in any spamming activity
4. Complete Achievement 1 task in new comer's community

Rules

• Any eligible member can request a delegation between the mentioned days of the month by commenting on the particular post.
• The applicant must have to link a valid "This is Me" post or "Achievement 1" verification post
• If a member inactive more than 5 days, the delegation will be removed after a warning and will assign to someone else in the list
• If any kind of abuse including spamming, plagiarism, farming, or downvoting action found, the delegation will be removed.
• No power down allowed during the period of delegation
• Country representatives also can suggest outstanding members who is eligible for the support
• We will select 20 members if not any application recieved
• Rules of the program can be changed according to learnings we get during the process
