Hello beautiful people, i'm very happy to proceed to my achievement 2 post which has to do with the basic security on steemit.

The very first question here

Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?

yes, all my steemit keys are retrieved and saved both in my diary, flash drive and i've also saved it on my Google Drive.

Do you know the functions and restictions of this keys?

Yes, i know the restrictions of my steemit and tron keys. Let me use this time to highlight my steemit keys.

Active Key: The active key as the name implies is a vitile key, it is used for powering up, placing market order, tranfering of funds, updating of profiles, converting steem dollars to steem.

Posting Key: From the name you will know that its another important key that allows yiu to post on your blog. Without this key, you cannot loging to your steemit blog, so as for you to post.

Master Key: Your master key is the most important key on steemit, that's why we are adviced to save this key when signing up. Because we can actually use this particular to grnerate other keys. We can also use this key to login to our steem wallet, and also it allows us to transfer funds to another wallet.

Owner Key: This key is another strong and important key because with this key, we can use this key to recover our steem account.

Memo key: This house to do with the encryption and decryption.
The memo is always optional.

How do you plan on keeping your master passward?

I have taken extra steps in saving keys and my master key is inclusive, and has been saved in my diary, my flash drive and also, my email address, so i can access it at anytime and anywhere around the world.

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem account?

Yes, I know how to transfer my steem tokens to a different account,

• first you will have to loging your steemit wallet.

• Next you click on the small arrow next to your steem token balance,
  There you will see, trade, market, transfer,

• You will have to choose transfer, since you want to transfer

• After that a dialog box with your username, a blank space where you will fill in the receivers username, the amount and the memo space.

• After putting in the right details, you send after your confirmation.

Note:

memo is optional.

Do you know how to power up your steem?

Yes i know how to power up my steem.

• click on the micro arrow next to your steem balance, after that you click on power up.
  

• it will take you to a dialogue box which has your username and the space for the amount of steem you want to power up.

• After that you confirm and click on send. Automatically, it adds up to your steem power balance.

Note: Your keys are personal and for no reasons you should let someone else have your keys, because one can easily transfer your tokens if they gets to know yiur keys. So its very important you secure your keys.
