To transfer steem tokens to a friend, follow these steps.

• Visit your wallet (https://steemitwallet.com/@olivernice) and log in with your posting key.

• Click on the tradeable steem tokens you have on the top right.

• Select transfer

• Enter the amount you would like to send and any memo you choose to add.

• Now click okay and confirm with your active key.

• You can now see the transaction in your wallet's history
