Achievement 5 Task 3 by @njaywan: Review of Steemyy.com

Another post by @yohan2on has broadened my horizon once again about the resources available on this amazing ecosystem. Steemyy.com was developed by @justyy. It helps to keep tabs on account information and can be used to vote for witnesses with ease as well.

Feature of Steemyy.com

First and foremost, you need to visit Steemyy.com. Several features have been enlisted within this resource which are very useful. Let me itemize them below.

Blockchain Overview

This is the first page you would see upon visiting Steemyy.com. It provides us with the general properties of the steemit blockchain categorically, with each property's key being matched to its corresponding value. These include ticker, chain properties. dynamic global properties, versions and hardfork and so on.

Block Explorer

This is based on Steem-Js and it is currently at version 0.7.7. It highlights the current headblocks, indicating their numbers and displaying the transactions associated with these headblocks.

Tools

Under this section, there are numerous resources to rely upon. As you can see below there are steem essentials, witness tools, outvotes and flags, etc.

Benefits

1. There are tools for the almost every need on steemit (such as who flagged you, downvote history, etc.)
2. You can auto claim rewards with this tool.
3. You an also view both incoming and outgoing posts.

Steem Essentials

Account Information

Here we are able to see @justyy's account info( steem power, id, reputation, witness votes, etc). We can see amounts being sent to him and the corresponding units as well. Just like we saw for steemworld except that this is for a witness and we are looking at his account details and not ours.

Benefit

1. We are able to know the activities of @justyy as a witness and can therefore decide to cast more votes for him oin ac
   supporting him as a witness.

Witness

Steem Witness Ranking & API

Under this section, witnesses have been ranked in descending order of votes. You can clearly see that @steemchiller is at the top then @future.witness and then @justyy.

Benefits

1. Prospective witnesses can be easily identified as it indicates various reputations and highlights promising ones.
2. Checking the status of casted votes is easy and helps to keep track and serves as a reminder to support these witnesses.
