Hello steemians! I am indeed delighted to embark on this task. It been along way and am still willing to take more tasks as the come. In this achievement I will be talking on understanding curation and community.

• How voting and curation work in steemit
  The voting process is all about rewarding the author for their posts on steemit.
  The upvote: when you create a quality content that abide to the steemit rules, you receive an upvote. The upvote reward you in either SBD,SP or STEEM.
  Down vote: readers may down vote your post if you are found violating the steem rules.
  Curators with higher steem power will give higher impact when the vote you while curator with lower SP will give little or no impact.

• What happened if you vote a post 5 minute marks after posting?.

In the post by @cryptokannon it said that if a post is upvoted 5 minutes (or later) after posting,100% of the curation reward will go to the curator.

• Who I will vote for steem witness ? And why?
  Steem witesses are those people who play a serious part in who the steem network work.I will vote for @steemit.history because it provide newbie guide a f also give them important information on how the can develop.

• Which community will I join in steemit and why?
  The steemit platfrom had many interesting communities. Newcomers are required to Join the newcomers community and steemit nursery as they are very important . I also found interest in

• Freewriters: This community give me the freedom to express myself. Thumb up to @freewritehouse and @mariannewest for their effort toward this community.

• Zero to infinity : This is one of the first community that got my attention and also supported me as a newbie. Thumb up to @zero-to-infinity and @sandysparkle

• Around the world: love the contest organized by this community. Nice work @art-bangladesh and @around-the-world.
