Have do got all your keys on Steemit?
Yes, I was able to recover all my Steem keys. After recording, it was created in PDF format, which I downloaded and saved securely in Google Drive and my files.
Do you know each of these key's name functions and restrictions?
Posting key
Active key
Mamo key
Owner key
Master key
Posting key
This key allows users to perform daily activities on the platform, such as login, account tracking, account registration, etc. A restricted release key is to limit the loss that will be risked with the account key, as the more the user uses this key, the more likely they are to compromise with the key.
Active Key
This key can be used to receive funds transfers, on / off transactions, dollar exchanges, witness voting, updating profile details, etc. These confidential tasks, including placing orders, can be performed with the active password.
Memo Key
Memo keys are used to encrypt and decrypt memos when transferring funds (short messages that can be attached to transfer Steam arguments).
Owner's key
It provides complete management of other keys and is widely used in recovering compromised account. Therefore, it is best to keep this key offline.
Master key
I have recieve the master key and i have save this key in my hard drive usb and google drive because this key is most important key.With this key i can recover all my keys.This is very important key so please keep it save if you want to run your account in future.
How do you intended too keeps your master password?
Fortunately, Google Drive is one of the safest places to store documents and information. Preferably save it as a document in a private folder on my devices, Google Drive, and my Google files. I can also save it to my phone with a code name instead of the contact name.
