Plagiarism is the process of taking someone’s work without giving them credit for it and claiming it as yours or better still is the process of stealing someone’s work for your essay or post.
It comes in so many forms being self plagiarism,global plagiarism,paraphrasing plagiarism,complete plagiarism and so many more.
But here are some explanations to some few forms of plagiarism.
I)Self plagiarism
This is the process of resubmitting or reusing of one’s work which has already been submitted as the name implies.
II)Paraphrasing Plagiarism
This is the process of recasting the work ideas of another person And presenting it as your work.
III)Mosiac plagiarism
This is a type of plagiarism which involves the use of numerous sources without giving acknowledgement to them or the process of using synonyms as replacement for words from different sources.
The best way to avoid plagiarism is always providing a source citation for words and ideas that aren’t yours.
Effects of plagiarism
*It results to suspension
*could result to fine
*Results in low rewards or grades in ones work
Tip to avoid plagiarism
1.It’s always good to write your post in your own words even if you get ideas from others.
2.If you are in the position to actually use an authors work or content make sure to give him or her credit in quotations.
3.Use any plagiarism checker before you submit your work .
4.If even you’ve made any slight changes in your work still give credit to the author or the source you had that content from.

This is the process of creating awareness or knowledge of your readers that some ideas in your work aren’t yours hence praising or giving acknowledgement to the original owner.

Conclusion
This is something i urge everyone to avoid or if practicing this habit should put a stop to it.If someone is found in this act of plagiarizing (stealing) another person’s work or post he or she is given a warning for the first time as to never repeat such practice but then again if caught multiple times he or she is then banned from that community hence their posts will be muted and he or she wouldn’t get curated.
