Achievement 6 Task by @hdnakum : Understanding Curation and Community

After completing lengthy achievement 5, I'm back in just four days to complete Achievement 6. I want to finish this and the next achievement as soon as possible to complete the homework at the crypto academy soon. So today I will be answering the following questions to complete task 6 created by @cryptokannon.
Que 1 Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
In the steemit platform, there are two types of voting that are Upvote and Downvote. upvoting and downvoting is solely dependent on the quality of the content users wrote. If you write a good post, you will receive upvotes from another user and if you publish an abusive post, get ready to get a downvote from another user. when you upvote someone's post, for example, you will receive rewards that will be equal to total curation rewards/number of upvotes.
The influence of your steem id only depends on how much steem power your account own. The more steem power you hold, the more you can distribute rewards from the reward pool. you can adjust the voting power once you own more than 500 Steem power.
Moreover, there are three types of rewards.
- Producer rewards (Witness gets 1 Steem/block for producing it).
- Author rewards: Issued to the author for creating quality content (blog)
- Curation Reward: Issued to the user for upvoting other quality content (blog)

Que 2 What happened if you vote for a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
knowing about Voting mana is very important for each and every steemit user. it is like the energy of being able to upvote some quality blog. Each time you upvote, 2% of existing voting mana will decrease. Dont worry steem blockchain keeps recharging your voting mana by 20% each day. thus you can cast 10 upvotes without losing your mana each day.
New users, having <500 Stem power, has upvote weightage 100% by default, whereas the user having steem power >500 can adjust their upvote weightage percentage as per thier wish.
You may already know that the curation reward and author rewards are split equally 50/50%. But there is a catch, if someone upvotes within the 5 minutes of any post being published, the curator will not receive any reward. 100% of the reward will remain at the reward pool.
Let me explain to you why… This happens because the split of the curator reward received in the first 5 minutes is calculated linearly, depending on the time of the vote cast. let me summarize how many Curation rewards you get as per the time of upvoting.

It is advisable to see the time of post published before upvoting any blog post. Upvoting after five minutes of post published is great for getting curation rewards.
Que 3 Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why??
After reading so many blogs while completing all these achievements, I have come to know about the two most important tools namely Steemworld and steemyy.com developed by @steemchiller and @justyy, respectively. These tools are amazing to use and show lots of statistics related to any steem user id. to know more about it, please visit my Achievement 5 task 1 and Achievement 5 task 3. I would love to cast my vote on @steemchiller and @justyy for thier kind contribution towards steem blockchain.
Que 4 Which community will you join in Steemit, and why??
There are so many amazing communities available on the steemit platform. Personally, I have joined the @Bestofindia and @worldofxpilar. But at the time of joining steemit, I had joined the Newcomers community (an amazing to start with), I posted my introduction post and also trying to complete this achievement programme there. I also like photography and all so I had joined @worldofxpilar later. Nowadays, I'm actively engaged in the @bestofindia community. This @bestofindia community is amazing for the Indian guys and yes their Admin @rishabh99946 and MODs @starlord28 @sapwood @neerajkr03 are quite active in this community. An amazing thing about this community is that they are not using bots to upvote each and every post thier delegator. MODs and Admin are manually watching (of course turn by turn) every post published and then upvote accordingly to deserving writers. I would suggest newbie Indians join this community first, right after the Newcomers community.
