THOMPSON, LYDIA EKPONG obtained her B.Agric in Animal Science Degree at the University of Uyo, Nigeria. She has Google Certifications on Digital Marketing, Project Management, User Experience Design (UX) and she's currently working on getting her Business Analytics certifications, all on Cousera.
She is the founder of Allgreen Integrated Farms And Agro Consults with over 12 years experience in the Agro Industry.
She presently owns and manages various farms in Nigeria from different fields of agriculture.
She is of the belief that technology must be used in the improvement and growth of the farming sector. Based on this belief, she has been able to pioneer the creation of an e-learning and E-commerce Agro platform www.greenivy.com.ng where farmers can get access to unrivalled market for their products, quality inputs suppliers, agro Expert services and agro e-learning on all aspects of Agriculture.
She has published articles in reputable journals and delivered lectures at local conferences. She is a member of the Graduate of Animal Science (GAS) under NIAS- Nigeria Institute of Animal Science.
She is a farmer, Consultant, and a Trainer with a passion for touching and affecting the world around her positively.
