Hello Everyone

I hope that all of my Friends are doing well and enjoying their lives. And will be content with their own lives.
@sarkodieeric1 has confirmed Achievement5 task 4, which makes me really happy. I am grateful for their efforts. Thank you so much for your help and advise, @cryptokannon; I really appreciate it.

Now I am writing Achievement 6 about
"Understanding Curation and Community".

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

The idea behind voting is to reward or support content that is deemed to be of high quality and utility.

The votes we cast from our accounts have a certain amount of power and limits that allow us to maintain a balance. This voting power is equivalent to Steem Power, and it starts at 100 percent for each vote, runs out, and is recharged by about 20% per day. It is recommended to cast 10 votes per day.

Voting Rewards:

The rewards system is set up so that the curator (s) and the content creator (author) split the prizes 50/50 %. For author awards, we have two options:

Author Rewards:

  • The first is a 100 percent power rise, in which our author rewards go straight to our Steem Power, i.e., the 50 percent that corresponds to an author, everything goes directly to the SP.

  • The second arrangement is 50 percent - 50 percent, in which the author's 50 percent is divided in half again, 50 percent goes to our SP, and the remaining 50 percent goes directly to our pocket as a free mobilisation money.

Healing rewards:

This type of reward is closely related to our power or SP amount; the more Steem Power you have, the greater the reward you will receive.

It should be noted, however, that it does not matter how much Steem Power you have as a user; we all must vote and perform healings, which will result in rewards to a greater or lesser extent.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

There is also a way to calculate the healing reward earned by voting more correctly, which is explained in @Faq-Steemit. I will describe it with a little box that represents the percentage of reward that may be gained if you vote in the initial minutes of a post and later.

Time to publishCurator (reward)Fund (reward)
Exact Moment100% reward fund
1st minute20%80%
2nd minute40%60%
3rd minute60%40%
4th minute80%20%
After 5 min100%
  • 1: Indicates whether publication has been voted on.
  • 2: The curator's reward proportion.
  • 3: The fund's reward percentage.

We must keep in mind that these payments (Author / Curator) are made after 7 days, which corresponds to the publication's expiration date,

I would like to emphasise that we all play the role of content authors, but we can also play the role of content curators (in in this last case the rewards are related to our SP.)

Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?

The witnesses are in charge of maintaining the block chain and generating blocks under the consensus of the delegated proof of stake; they are rewarded for generating blocks.

It is critical to choose witnesses to represent us, and we must do so by evaluating that they are as trustworthy as possible. You must research who to vote for,

I must admit that at first I voted for witnesses who I thought were ideal. There are several ways to keep track of the top witnesses and vote for them, including using the Steem Wallet and SteemWorld.

Today I voted for 7 witnesses, but if I had to choose one again, it would be xpilar because it has proven to be faithful to the platform, has provided support to many users, and has worked admirably.

Another option would be SteemChiller for its recommendation, to be aware of the safety of the users and the tools that it presents to us; and finally Justyy if I had to choose one again. The previous ones have demonstrated endurance, hard labour, and a willingness to donate their grain of sand as common users on multiple occasions.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

In addition to the official communities and supported by the Steemit team,

I would recommend being a part of the main community of the country to which you belong (Steemit Pakistan) and joining communities that help new users (Newcomers' Community / Steemit Nursery) to get started.

Following these, the best thing to do is to follow our tastes; in my case, in addition to being a part of the communities mentioned above, I am also a part of sports communities,

communities related to cryptocurrencies, cuisine, and art in general, all of which I try to stay active in because I am very passionate about them and am familiar with the themes that are presented in each of them; this is the appropriate time to do so.

The fact that I have Achievement 6 goals brings me tremendous joy, and I hope that along the way I will continue to meet lovely people that embody the spirit of Steemit, which is one of togetherness, mutual assistance, and decentralisation.
