What is plagiarism?

We call plagiarism the use of the work or ideas of another person without granting adequate credit, the misuse of works can have legal consequences since they may be subject to copyright because you are presenting a work of others as your own.

Plagiarism has been in force for a long time but since the arrival of the internet and all technological advances were increasing, even going so far as to circumvent the security protocols of the system. We must respect the content of other people, it is wrong to steal ideas or content that do not belong to you and disrespecting the true authors of the works for which they tried hard.

How to avoid plagiarism?

When you use someone else's ideas, words, or work as your own, without stating the source where that information comes from, you are plagiarizing them. Any contribution, regardless of whether it is free or open access, has an authorship and cannot be used without proper permission. Plagiarism is unethical, since you try to pass off a work of your own without being one. In addition, it is illegal because you are violating the authorship rights of one or more works, violating their moral and economic rights, and this action can be a crime.

Why write the source?

EXAMPLES

India, officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracy in the world.[source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India)

Content Protocol

The steemit community is a platform that looks warm in the content of the user that is why we always have to do the brain test is important that gives us security when doing a job and tell us that we have to do a job with our own word created by your brain, we learn this since we are a child and we are in preschool, school, high school teach us to do creative to write work and correct spelling errors and we learn to write in your own words the idea of this is not to eat any fault because this of being creative teaches us to make good human being.

source

As we can avoid plagiarism always citing its source text that are not our property cite the source any image video paragraph that is not created by our brain and is of another author we must respect your copyright for that text that is downloaded from the web and we are going to use it we must always put the quotation marks at the beginning and end of the text and thus we will be identifying that the text it is not ours but someone else's.

The internet we are only going to use as support material when it comes to having doubts about something a very simple thing is to publish things of our authority and another is very easy that we go the wrong way download text from the web and say or look at this work I did and take all the credit I and then the truth appears and see that you committed a fault when stealing text that are not from us, but still knowing that it was not mine I make it happen.

Example of how we can avoid plagiarism let's be loyal and do not commit plagiarism value the effort of that person who do everything with their own words, set goals and make it positive and do the brain test I recommend it.

Plagiarism is the representation of another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions as one's own original work. In educational contexts, there are differing definitions of plagiarism depending on the institution. Plagiarism is considered a violation of academic integrity and a breach of journalistic ethics. It is subject to sanctions such as penalties, suspension, expulsion from school or work, substantial fines and even incarceration. Recently, cases of "extreme plagiarism" have been identified in academia.wikipedia
