Good day everyone present to be here. While i am done with my achievement 5.4 I can certainly move on to my next achievement post which is topic is about curation and commununities
.

1)Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?
Curation in my understanding is with the my observation of identification and rewarding of a quality post as regards to steemit. Curation is taking into account the regulations guiding a post, post relevance, markdown style, language structure, content etiquette and contribution of a post by an writer/author and then choosing if it is of quality or invaild. Curation and voting usually go together. After accessing a good/quality value adding post, the next thing is to vote the required post.
It should be noted that every post that you post on the steemit will be rewarded in the form of voting and curation, but also the steemit blog will not be biased in voting and their curation according to there rules and conditions they have determined of course if the steemit blog itself who reward the vote will be fair. when compared to steemit curators from each community, they sometimes prioritize over conditions of posts.

2)what is curation rewards
Each given curation rewards only be fully collected after being divided by 50%each and also after 7 days of posting we are on the steemit website, the rewards are in the form of SBD, STEEM and TRX,these tokens are useful for you to invest or trade in the crypto market world.

3)What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?
There are actions that we happen if we vote before 5 minutes:

• Firstly, if you vote a post within 1 minute, the curator will get 20%, and 80% will remain in the prize pool.

• Secondly, if you vote a postwithin 2 minutes, the curator will get 40%, and 60% will remain in the prize pool.

• Thirdly, if you vote a post within 3 minutes, the curator will get 60%, and 40% will remain in the prize pool.

• if you vote a post within 4 minutes, the curator will get 80%, and 20% will remain in the prize pool.

• if you choose within 5 minutes and after, the curator will get is 100% of the curation prize.

4)Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?
The witnesses now playing a distant duties in the progress of steemit, including from the steemit progress section.

So far you and i learned so much from achievement5 tools like @SteemWorld.org and @Steemyy.com in the past achievement assignments i am not still fluent or understand with the site therefore I think the most qualified person in choose as witnesses are @justyy and @steemchiller they have really made it easy and simple for newbies and also steemit progress.

5)Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?
The communities I had engage with in my introduction to steemit are newcomers communities and stockphotos. I join newcomers communities to do my achievement posts task while with stockphotos yo show my photography skills I am try so hard to reach the highest level possible and collect as much steem power as required to join the Steemit Crypto Academy community acompleting all achievements is the requirements for people who want to subscribe the Steemit Crypto Academy community.
